We seek a small animal vet with some experience to work a 4-day week, with no routine OOHs, and flexible part-time options. The role involves consulting, operating, and managing medical cases, with structured days supporting teamwork and complex cases.

Benefits include a salary of £40,000–£70,000, 6 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, CPD allowance, professional fees paid, and other perks like pension and employee discounts.

Required skills: surgical proficiency, excellent communication, team collaboration, compassionate care, and efficient appointment management. Applicants must have a Vet degree and RCVS registration, with at least 2 years of experience.
