Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team supporting adults with neurological conditions through specialist rehabilitation.
Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you will manage a caseload, conduct assessments, develop personalised treatment plans, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include supervising support staff, maintaining accurate documentation, contributing to service development, and managing clinical risks, ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed.
Applicants should have a Degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, strong communication skills, and a proactive, person-centred approach.
Desirable experience includes neurorehabilitation and supervising support staff.
