Location: Coventry, West Midlands | Permanent | Salary: £60,000

Join a structured, fully supported Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) programme designed to develop your skills through world-class CPD, practical sessions, and mentorship. The Cutting Edge programme offers 250 hours of specialist-led training, hands-on experience, and a focus on core ECC areas like shock management, fluid therapy, and emergency surgeries. After completing the 8-week training, you’ll work full-time in an ECC clinic with flexible rotas supporting work-life balance, earning up to £60,000. Benefits include private medical insurance, enhanced sick pay, generous leave, CPD allowance, memberships, pension, and more.
