Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team, providing expert assessment, intervention, and support for clients with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and develop personalized support plans to promote independence.
Collaborate with team members to deliver tailored interventions, including sensory assessments and therapeutic activities.
Facilitate community integration and social skills development through group activities.
Maintain communication with service users, families, and carers, incorporating therapy goals into daily routines.
Provide training and support to clients, families, and staff, and document progress regularly.
Stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy.
Qualifications include a relevant degree, HCPC registration, and at least 3 years of experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
