Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to support adults with neurological conditions through specialist rehabilitation.
- Manage a caseload by delivering evidence-based interventions and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care and supervise support staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with HCPC standards and contribute to service development and quality improvement.
- Identify and manage clinical risks, engage in professional development, and regularly review care plans.
Requirements: Degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, strong communication skills, and a person-centred approach. Experience in neurorehabilitation and supervising support staff are desirable.
