Join a structured, fully supported pathway into Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) as a Veterinary Surgeon. The Cutting Edge programme offers
250 hours of expert-led CPD, 8-week interactive training with practical sessions, hands-on experience guided by senior clinicians, training at a dedicated hub in Scotland, and
networking opportunities. It covers key areas like shock management, fluid therapy, emergency diagnostics, trauma, ultrasound, and clinical decision-making. Post-programme, you’ll join an ECC clinic working 30–40 hours/week with flexible rotas supporting work-life balance. The training salary starts at £42,250, rising to £60,000 after 8 weeks.
