Join a structured, fully supported pathway into Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) as a Veterinary Surgeon. The Cutting Edge programme offers 250 hours of world-class CPD, practical workshops, and clinical mentorship to develop your ECC expertise. Highlights include training at dedicated hubs, hands-on experience, and networking opportunities. Core topics covered: shock management, fluid therapy, emergencies, trauma, ultrasound, and team communication. Post-programme, choose a flexible rota working 30–40 hours/week with a balanced work-life approach. Starting salary is £42,250 for 8 weeks, rising to up to £60,000.
