Join a structured pathway into Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) with the Cutting Edge programme.
Designed for veterinary surgeons with at least six months’ small animal experience, it offers world-class CPD, practical sessions, and mentorship to build ECC expertise.
Highlights include 250 hours of specialist-led CPD, an 8-week training course, and hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
Post-training, you can work full-time (30–40 hours/week) with flexible rotas supporting work-life balance.
Initial salary of £42,250 during training rises to up to £60,000 from week 9.
