Senior Occupational Therapist Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team, providing expert assessment, intervention, and support for clients with Autism and Learning Disabilities.

Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments to promote independence.

Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with team members.

Deliver therapeutic interventions, including sensory assessments and activities to enhance daily living, social, and motor skills.

Facilitate community integration and support service users, families, and staff through training and communication.

Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, and at least 3 years’ relevant experience. The role offers a competitive salary (£30,000–£35,000), pension, flexible hours, and professional development in a supportive environment.
