We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a specialist neurological care team.
Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you will support residents through tailored rehabilitation to maximise independence and personal growth.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, supervising support staff, maintaining documentation, and contributing to service development and quality improvement.
Requirements include a degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, strong communication skills, and a person-centred, flexible approach. Experience in neurorehabilitation and supervising staff are desirable.
