Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our independent small animal hospital in Wiltshire for weekend shifts (2:00pm–8:30pm on Saturdays and/or Sundays).

  • You will support inpatient care, monitor patients, assist with ward rounds, and maintain accurate records during the transition from day to evening. From 6:30pm, you’ll work independently alongside an ANA and Duty Vet to manage emergency cases, oversee inpatient stability, and ensure high standards of care.

  • Strong communication, clinical skills, and confidence in managing urgent cases are essential. The role offers flexibility, part-time hours, and professional development opportunities, including CPD funding and training.
