Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.
Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and wellbeing. Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and psychological interventions. Lead formulation and oversee therapeutic approaches such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT (excluding ABA), ensuring evidence-based practice. Collaborate with Education and Therapy Teams to develop and implement tailored interventions aligned with EHCPs. Assess pupils’ needs, evaluate outcomes, and produce reports for EHCP reviews. Promote inclusion, resilience, and emotional wellbeing across the school. Maintain HCPC registration and relevant UK work authorization. This role offers a full-time, part-time, or permanent position with benefits, paying up to £44,738.50 annually.
