Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.

  • Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and wellbeing.
  • Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and psychological interventions.
  • Lead formulation and oversee therapeutic approaches such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT (excluding ABA), ensuring evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborate with Education and Therapy Teams to develop and implement tailored interventions aligned with EHCPs.
  • Assess pupils’ needs, evaluate outcomes, and produce reports for EHCP reviews.
  • Promote inclusion, resilience, and emotional wellbeing across the school.
  • Maintain HCPC registration and relevant UK work authorization.

  • This role offers a full-time, part-time, or permanent position with benefits, paying up to £44,738.50 annually.
