Job Description

Join an experienced first opinion practice in Brentwood, Essex, seeking an additional vet to support their busy clinical team.

This role offers a varied caseload with surgical and medical cases, including ultrasound and K-Laser facilities. You will work alongside RVNs, support staff, and senior vets, with regional management support and clinical guidance available.

Flexible working options include full-time (4 days) or part-time roles, with rotational Saturday and Sunday shifts, bank holidays, and on-call duties. The initial induction includes a hospital visit to meet the team.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct consultations, examinations, and treatment plans based on best practices.

Perform GP surgeries within your competence and manage medications according to regulations.

Maintain accurate clinical records and refer cases when necessary.

Contribute to a collaborative team environment.

This location offers easy access to Brentwood High-street, countryside, and London via public transport. The salary ranges from £45,000 to £72,000 (full-time equivalent), with benefits including 6.6 weeks’ leave, relocation assistance, CPD budget, and private healthcare.
