1099 MD, Initiating Patient Visits

This contractor role involves establishing patient relationships for chronic care management, with opportunities in both urban and rural areas.
Responsibilities include conducting approximately 375 clinical visits per month, both onsite and remotely, documenting encounters accurately, and providing daily progress reports.

Requirements include being a qualified MD/DO with an active license, excellent clinical judgment, reliable transportation, and familiarity with electronic health records.
Travel within 1-2 hours of the assigned region is necessary.

Compensation ranges from $10,000 to $15,000 monthly, with mileage reimbursement, malpractice coverage, and 1099 status.
