Job Description
We are seeking a full-time academic surgical pathologist with expertise in thoracic pathology to join a leading academic medical center’s Department of Pathology.
The role involves diagnostic work, participation in precision diagnostics initiatives (including genomics and digital pathology), and collaboration on a new adult cancer hospital project.Strong molecular diagnostics skills (NGS, FISH) and interest in clinical trials and companion diagnostics are desirable.Candidates with research programs and NIH funding are encouraged, with support for expanding their work.The position includes teaching residents and fellows, and appointment at Harvard Medical School at an appropriate rank. Applicants should be board-certified in Pathology; certification in Molecular Pathology is a plus. The institution offers a vibrant research environment with extensive NIH funding and collaborative programs.
