Job Description
Full-time ACT Mental Health Therapist/Specialist with a $7,000 hiring bonus (paid in installments), offering competitive pay and additional compensation potential.
**Responsibilities:**
Support consumers through assessments, treatment planning, and therapy (individual, family, group).
Provide crisis intervention, advocate for clients, and network with resources.
Complete documentation, ensure service quality, and participate in program development.
Deliver psychoeducation, symptom management, and empirically supported therapies (DBT, CBT).
Build community relationships and promote agency services.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
At least 2 years of clinical mental health experience.
Preferred licensure; valid PA driver’s license and insured vehicle required.
Strong ethical, cultural, and collaborative skills; knowledge of treatment modalities and client advocacy.
