This full-time role as an Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive hematology and oncology care in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities include managing acute and chronic patient needs, providing same-day outpatient care, inpatient coverage, and supporting care coordination with primary providers.

Key duties also involve telephone triage, patient education, participating in quality initiatives, and ensuring proper documentation. The role emphasizes value-based care, clinical expertise, and teamwork, with opportunities to support multiple clinic locations.

Qualifications include a valid license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, at least two years of hematology/oncology experience preferred, and strong communication skills. Certification in Oncology or Hematology is desirable.
