Job Description

Seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant for a full-time hospital medicine role in Fort Smith, AR, with a pay range of $128,000-$148,000 annually.

  • Open ICU coverage with a census of 194 patients, working 7on/7off shifts: 7a-7p days, 12p-12a swing, and 7p-7a nights.
  • Team includes 2 NP/PAs per hospitalist.
  • EMR: Epic.
  • Candidates must be AGACNP certified and have at least 1 year of recent hospital medicine experience.
  • Required licenses include AR NP/PA and DEA (preferred).
  • Relocation to Fort Smith, AR, is necessary before starting.
