Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC or ADC-T) to develop and lead a gender-specific program for adult male clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing individual and group counseling, creating client-centered treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing trauma-responsive approaches.

Qualifications include current Minnesota licensure, experience in similar settings, and a strong understanding of co-occurring disorders.
