Job Description

We are seeking full-time therapists based in Asheville, NC, to provide individual outpatient therapy for adults in a dynamic clinic environment.

  • Assess, diagnose, and monitor patients using interviews, observations, and medical records.
  • Develop and adjust treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Provide crisis intervention and coordinate with other healthcare providers.

    • Qualifications include a NC license, 2+ years post-graduate experience, and familiarity with DSM/ICD-10 and psychiatric principles. Preference for candidates with 3-5 years postdoctoral experience or experienced mid-level providers with 5+ years.
