Job Description

Are you an Advanced Practice Provider passionate about compassionate, high-quality wound care? This full-time, salaried role offers flexible Monday-Friday hours, no on-call, and no weekend or evening shifts.

As a key team member, you’ll provide advanced wound treatments in patients’ homes, conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized care plans, and utilizing treatments like surgical debridement.

Qualifications include at least one year of experience as an NP or PA, certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA, and a clinical background in relevant specialties. Wound care experience is a plus. You must hold or be eligible for licensure in Minnesota and have the ability to travel locally (75%).
