Job Description

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, high-quality wound care in a mobile, home-based setting.

  • Full-time, salaried role with flexible Monday-Friday schedule, no on-call or weekend shifts.
  • Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing personalized care plans, performing advanced treatments, managing medications, and educating patients and staff.
  • Requires at least 1 year of experience, certification, and licensure in the state; wound care experience is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel approximately 75% locally; all travel expenses reimbursed.
