Job Description
Seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) passionate about compassionate, high-quality wound care in a mobile, home-based setting.
Provide comprehensive wound assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and perform advanced treatments in patients’ homes.
Work full-time Monday-Friday with no on-call, evenings, or weekends, offering flexibility and a balanced schedule.
Travel locally (75%) with all supplies, equipment, and training provided; mileage reimbursed.
Qualifications include a valid license in Minnesota, at least one year of experience as an NP or PA, wound care experience preferred, and board certification.
