Job Description

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care in a mobile, home-based setting.

This full-time, salaried role offers flexible Monday-Friday hours, no on-call, and no evenings or weekends. The provider will assess, develop, and implement individualized wound care plans, perform advanced treatments, manage medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Requirements include clinical experience in adult or specialized fields, board certification, and state licensure. Wound care experience is a plus. The role involves 75% local travel, with equipment and training provided, and reimbursed mileage.
