Job Description

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care in patients’ homes. This full-time, salaried role offers flexible Monday-Friday hours, no on-call or weekend shifts, and involves local travel with mileage reimbursement. Candidates should have at least one year of wound care experience, be licensed and certified in their state, and possess a clinical background in adult or specific specialties. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, developing personalized care plans, administering advanced treatments, medication management, and patient education, all within a team-oriented environment.
