Job Description

Seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate wound care and healing. This role involves providing high-touch, in-home wound treatment with flexible weekday hours, no evenings, weekends, or on-call duties.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, applying advanced treatments, managing medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Qualifications include at least one year of wound care experience, licensure and certification as an NP or PA, and the ability to travel locally (75%). Prior wound care experience and specific certifications are a plus.
