Advance Practice Provider

Job Description

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care. This full-time, salaried role involves providing in-home wound treatment, assessments, and education, with up to 1 hour per appointment.

Enjoy a flexible Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call, evenings, weekends, or holidays, and travel locally with reimbursed mileage. Equipment, supplies, and training are provided.

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited program, at least one year of experience, board certification, and a clinical background in relevant specialties. Wound care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities encompass patient assessment, developing care plans, advanced treatments, medication management, and communication with care teams. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, flexible schedule, and retirement plans.
