Job Description

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for mobile wound care services. This full-time role involves providing personalized, in-home wound treatment with up to 1-hour appointments, emphasizing compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, advanced treatments, medication management, and patient education, all while collaborating with healthcare teams.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
  • 1+ year clinical experience, wound care preferred
  • Board certification and active licensure
  • Ability to travel locally (75%) and perform in-home visits

    • Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and more. No evenings, weekends, or on-call required. Salary ranges from $130,500 to $200,000 annually.
