Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our Nephrology and dialysis team.

Provide direct patient care in a dialysis setting, including assessments, management of chronic kidney disease, and dialysis patients.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients on treatment plans and medications.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements: Active VA Medical license, DEA certification, team player, self-motivated, with strong communication skills. Nephrology experience is preferred but not mandatory.
