Job Description
Seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver primary care in a school-based health center in rural West Virginia. This part-time role involves diagnosing, managing conditions, promoting wellness, and providing patient education in a community outpatient setting.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, order and interpret tests, prescribe treatments within scope, and document care accurately.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in quality improvement activities.
Work Monday and Thursday, 7:30-4:00, with potential additional hours. Compensation ranges from $52-$57/hour, with at least 16 hours/week.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited NP or PA program, certification, WV licensure, prescriptive authority, and BLS certification. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
