Advanced Practice Provider

Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a part-time, school-based health center in Smithville, WV.

Work collaboratively with a healthcare team to deliver primary care in a rural, underserved community, including diagnosing, managing conditions, prescribing treatments, and providing health education.

Responsibilities include patient evaluations, ordering tests, documentation, and participating in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited program, national certification, WV licensure and prescriptive authority, BLS certification, and comfort working independently. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Offerings include meaningful patient care, competitive pay ($52-$57/hr), a supportive team, and a flexible schedule (Monday and Thursday, 7:30-4:00). Work involves in-person care with at least 16 hours weekly.
