Seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to support geriatric care in rural outpatient and long-term care settings.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating adult geriatric conditions, conducting examinations, interpreting diagnostics, performing minor procedures, and providing comprehensive patient care focused on quality of life. The role involves alternating weekly between outpatient clinics and residential facilities, with telephonic nurse advice duties.

Qualifications require licensure, certification, and clinical experience in geriatrics or internal medicine. The position offers a competitive salary starting at $125,000, with incentives such as bonuses, loan repayment, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.
