Seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to support geriatric care in outpatient and long-term care settings.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating adult patients, performing minor procedures, conducting exams, interpreting diagnostics, and providing preventive care. The role involves alternating weekly between outpatient clinics and residential facilities, with telephonic nurse advice coverage.

Qualifications require appropriate licensure, certification, and experience in internal medicine or geriatrics. Candidates should demonstrate strong patient care skills and a commitment to quality outcomes.
