Job Description

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to support geriatrics in rural outpatient and long-term care settings.

Responsibilities include patient examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, minor procedures, preventive care, and emergency response, working collaboratively with a healthcare team.

Full-time role alternating weekly between outpatient clinic and residential long-term care, with telephonic nurse advice shifts.

Qualifications involve appropriate licensure, certification, and experience in geriatrics or internal medicine, with strong patient care skills.

Compensation includes a competitive salary, bonuses, incentives, and comprehensive benefits such as health/dental insurance, PTO, relocation assistance, and CME allowance. Visa sponsorship options available.

Work is based in Gillette, WY, a community with a low cost of living and excellent quality of life, with travel up to 25% preferred.
