Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join the Geriatrics Department supporting outpatient and long-term care in a rural setting.
Responsibilities include alternating weekly work between outpatient clinics and residential care, providing comprehensive adult patient care, conducting exams, interpreting tests, diagnosing and treating conditions, performing minor procedures, and collaborating with a healthcare team.
Qualifications involve state licensure, national certification, and experience in geriatrics or internal medicine.
