Job Description

We seek a Mobile Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team providing in-home and outpatient care in Bowling Green, KY, and nearby areas.

  • Examine patients, review records, and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Diagnose health conditions, propose treatments, and prescribe medications.
  • Educate patients and families on health, disease prevention, and management.
  • Maintain accurate records and oversee overall patient health.
  • Promote good health practices and advance professional knowledge.

    • Skills include clinical experience in primary, acute, or chronic care, strong communication, teamwork, ethics, and a valid license.

    Work is on the road and via telehealth with flexible hours, offering benefits like insurance, paid malpractice, and autonomy.

    Salary starts at $120,000/year for 24–32 hours weekly. Relocation to Bowling Green, KY, is required before starting.
