Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) – Shadyside, OH

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate APRN to provide patient-centered care in skilled nursing and long-term rehab settings in Shadyside, OH.

Deliver direct care, perform assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans.

Prescribe medications, complete documentation, and coordinate with healthcare teams.

Conduct admissions/discharges, promote preventive health, and educate patients/families.

Participate in rounds and efforts to reduce hospital readmissions.

Ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards.

Qualifications include active Ohio APRN license, DEA registration (preferred), 3+ years of experience, and EMR proficiency.

Skills needed involve physical exams, behavioral health assessments, communication, and knowledge of post-acute and senior care.

Pay ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 annually with a flexible schedule. This full-time role requires in-person work in Shadyside, OH.
