Job Description

The Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) provides clinical leadership and advanced nursing care within a comprehensive behavioral health program, including outpatient services, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and inpatient/withdrawal management.

Essential duties involve performing medical assessments, prescribing medications, documenting care in electronic records, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s in Psychiatric Nursing, 2+ years’ experience with substance use disorder treatment, active WA ARNP and DEA licenses, and proficiency in behavioral health care.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, cultural competence, and experience managing complex co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions.

Salary ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, retirement, paid time off, and more. The role requires in-person work and may involve interactions with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors.
