Job Description
The Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) provides autonomous, evidence-based clinical care in a comprehensive behavioral health program, including outpatient services, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and inpatient/withdrawal management.
Essential duties include conducting assessments, prescribing medications, documenting in electronic records, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery.
Minimum qualifications: Master’s in Psychiatric Nursing, 2+ years treating substance use disorders, active WA ARNP and DEA licenses, and experience with mental health and substance use treatments. Must demonstrate strong communication skills, cultural competence, and ability to manage complex cases.
Position offers a salary of $140,000-$160,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, retirement, paid time off, and more. Work is in person, involving interaction with individuals with challenging behaviors.
