Seeking a full-time General Anesthesiologist in Gastonia, NC, for a position at regional hospitals. The role involves providing anesthesia for diverse procedures, including cardiac, neuro, OB, ortho, ENT, and general surgeries, with opportunities to perform advanced cardiac cases like CABG, TAVRs, and LVADs. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, administering anesthesia, supervising nurse anesthetists, and monitoring post-op recovery. The schedule offers partnership options, with no nights, weekends, or nights shifts, and a shared call of approximately 2-3 shifts per month. Requirements include MD/DO, NC medical license, BC/BE in anesthesiology, and at least 3+ years of high-acuity experience. Strong communication and safety focus are essential.
