Anesthesiologist (Cardiac-Trained) – Partnership Track, W-2 or Day Coverage

Job Description

The General Anesthesiologist position in Gastonia, NC, offers a full-time, exempt role with options for 2-year partnership, W-2, or daytime schedule.

Responsibilities include

administering and monitoring anesthesia during various outpatient surgeries,

evaluating patients pre- and post-procedure,

supervising nurse anesthetists,

and

performing diverse cases such as cardiac, neuro, OB, ortho, and general surgeries.

Ideal candidates have a medical degree, board certification/eligibility in anesthesiology, at least 3 years of experience, and strong regional skills.

Schedule features no nights or weekends, with shared call duties. The role emphasizes patient safety, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
