Job Description

The General Anesthesiologist role in Gastonia, NC, involves providing anesthesia at regional medical centers, including patient evaluations, developing anesthesia plans, and supervising nurse anesthetists to ensure safe outcomes.

Responsibilities include administering general and regional anesthesia, monitoring vital signs, performing airway management, and post-operative care.

Must have MD/DO, BC/BE in anesthesiology, at least 3 years of high-acuity experience, and strong regional skills.

The position offers full-time, Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, shared call (1 in 10), and potential for partnership or W-2 employment.
