Anesthesiologist (Cardiac-Trained) – Partnership Track, W-2 or Day Coverage

Job Description

The General Anesthesiologist will provide anesthesia services at hospitals in the Charlotte area, including patient evaluations, anesthetic planning, and intraoperative management. They will supervise nurse anesthetists, perform a variety of cases such as cardiac, neuro, OB, ortho, ENT, and general surgeries, and monitor post-operative recovery. The role involves working in a team, mentoring residents, and maintaining detailed records. Requirements include MD or DO, BC/BE in anesthesiology, at least 3 years of high-acuity experience, strong regional anesthesia skills, and a valid NC medical license. The schedule offers a full-time, Monday-Friday position with no nights or weekends, and a shared call of approximately 2-3 shifts per month. The position emphasizes patient safety, excellent communication, and teamwork.
