Job Description

Seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist for a full-time or contract position at a military medical center.

Responsibilities include providing routine and emergency anesthesia care across all ages, performing preoperative evaluations, administering regional and general anesthesia, overseeing nurse anesthetists, and managing pain treatment through nerve blocks.

Additional duties involve supervising recovery room activities, administering therapies, completing administrative tasks, and participating in training.

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license

Board-eligible or certified in Anesthesiology

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

Active DEA, ACLS, and BLS certifications

At least one year of recent full-time practice experience

Preferred:

Experience as a civilian contractor for a government facility
