Located in Milford, CT (near NYC), this opportunity is for an experienced Hematology–Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join a private, provider-led practice in Southwestern Connecticut.


  • Primarily outpatient hematology/oncology care with a 4.5-day workweek, Monday to Friday
  • Shared call within a collaborative provider group
  • Strong referral base supported by local practices and hospital systems, including Yale
  • Two-physician practice with robust allied health and administrative support
