Job Description

The Nurse Practitioner provides medical consultation, routine patient care, and follow-up, requiring population-specific competencies and adherence to safety goals.

  • Initiates and completes patient assessments, orders tests, diagnoses health issues, and plans treatment.
  • Orders and initiates medications, treatments, and consultations based on data analysis.
  • Performs routine procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, and blood draws.
  • Educates patients on treatments and medications.
  • Reports to supervising physician and Operations Manager.
  • Must possess a master’s degree, current Oklahoma NP license, BLS certification, and effective communication skills.
  • Potential exposure to infectious materials, following standard precautions. Additional physical demands and fit testing may apply.
