We are seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Therapists (BHT) for full-time roles across multiple locations, including major medical campuses and outpatient centers.
Positions involve providing therapeutic interventions, care coordination, and psycho-educational programming to patients with mental health and substance use disorders. Supervised by approved clinical supervisors, therapists assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans, integrating cultural and clinical factors. Responsibilities include participating in community outreach, facilitating support groups, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to safety and professional standards. Requirements include a Master’s or higher degree in a related field, relevant experience based on level, VA licensure for higher levels, and certifications like BLS and CPI.
