Job Description

Help expand mental health care in Montana’s rural communities by joining a growing Behavioral Health team in Shelby, Conrad, or Chester.

We seek licensed therapists (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) or recent graduates seeking supervised hours, to provide impactful care across the lifespan in a hybrid clinic model.

Responsibilities include assessments, therapy (individual, group, family), crisis management, community engagement, and advocacy.
