Job Description

Help expand mental health care in Montana’s rural communities by joining a growing Behavioral Health team in Shelby, Conrad, or Chester.

This full-time position involves providing brief and traditional therapy in a hybrid clinic model, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver compassionate, community-focused care.

Serve diverse populations across the lifespan, including school-based clinics.

Participate in community initiatives, mental health advocacy, and suicide prevention (if trained).

Build trusting relationships within rural communities and support integrated behavioral health services.
