Help expand mental health care in Montana’s rural communities by joining a compassionate behavioral health team in Shelby, Conrad, or Chester.
This full-time role involves providing brief interventions and traditional therapy in a hybrid clinic setting, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, community-focused care.
Licensed therapists (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) with at least two years of experience or recent graduates seeking supervised hours are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include assessments, therapy, crisis management, community engagement, advocacy, and participation in committees.
